It's a great privilege to be in God's presence and to teach on this platform, I'm honored. 

I appreciate this opportunity and thank you so much, sir. I greatly appreciate you and celebrate the ministers of God and everyone here tonight. 👏👏👏 We trust God for transformation in our minds tonight. 
I believe we're ready for tonight. As the teaching unfolds, we'll also make personal declarations. I love declarations a lot. THERE'S POWER IN DECLARATION

I want you to make this declaration to yourself:
I Arise, I shine, I emerge!!

I believe we all know the topic for this conference, the first question we should ask ourselves is : what are we emerging into?

Before we can be equipped, we need to know what we are "emerging into" and why we are *emerging
We are emerging into what God has called us into;, Ephesians 2:10 says "we  are created for good works"
Which means that we need to emerge so that we can fulfill God's purpose and God's given. Assignment for us.
There's one important thing I want us to consider tonight, which is : God's glory
The truth is : For us to really emerge, we need to experience God's glory
God's glory has to be revealed to us and in us

From this common  scripture, we recite almost everyday :

Isa.60.1 - Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you.
When God's glory is revealed, the light comes
And when the light comes, the shining is evident.
Which means that before one can "Arise and shine", the glory of the Lord has to be upon such person
The more the Glory of God is revealed the more we become sensitive
We cannot see the fullness of Gods Glory because we cannot stand it because God is full of Light and just the glance of Gods glory is enough to wake up a dead person
That Glory comes with Power and Force
see Psalms 24, Lift up your heads o ye gates..
When the King of Glory is about to come in, there is a force, there is great power attached to that statement, the glory can break every yoke, the more we get this, the more we are ready for emergence

How is this Glory revealed ?

We need to know because: NO GLORY, NO EMERGENCE.

We need to know THE KING OF GLORY.

How can we know the king of Glory  ?
We know him in the place of "INTIMACY".
Through consistently engaging the scripture and Prayer.
This is where being equipped starts
In the place of INTIMACY, we receive transformation and we are being renewed, DAILY

I want you to declare this to yourself: I am equipped with the word and Prayer, Daily!!

Psalms 24:1 The earth is the LORD's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.

Psalms 24:2 For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.

Psalms 24:3 Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place?

Psalms 24:4 He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.

Psalms 24:5 He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.
Psalms 24:6 This is the generation of them that seek him, that seek thy face, O God of Jacob.
I sense Jesus releasing His Blessings of righteousness
That men will by themselves become an epitome of righteousness which is contagious

(INTENSE PRAYERS)

You know, the greatest wonder of God and opportunity of mankind is that he was that Man was made in the image of God!
And so you should know that you're a product of excellence
Reason for this was that Dominion was given to Him (Gen 1:26)
Since the fall of Man, problem came to mankind. The dominion transferred.
However, Jesus came and received all dominion on the cross.
Matthew 28:18-20.
Hence, our dominion was transferred to us again by means of His Death and Resurrection.

This Dominion became a Mandate that should be shared abroad.

When Jesus charged us to preach the Gospel, in other words he said... "Carry this Dominion mandate to every parts of the World"
When he said every parts, he meant his command to the church.
The Primary duty of the Church is to establish the Dominion Mandate everywhere we go.

Please if you're following, please say after me "I AM A PRODUCT OF THE DOMINION MANDATE"
You win souls by the Dominion Mandate
You conquer kingdoms by the Dominion Mandate
You're what you're by the Dominion Mandate
You Heal the Sick by the Dominion Mandate
You're Given Power for the Dominion Mandate
Until you understand your place in the Dominion Mandate of God, you'll keep being a wanderer.

God hasn't made us to be on lookers, there's a plan for you as a believer in this duty.

The World is awaiting you.

A lot got this mandate and slept on duty. Oh Christian soldier, there's no time.
Remember you're limited by time but God's expression is in eternity.
It is quite a pity a lot say they wait for God to speak to them, meanwhile God has been waiting for them because they've never grown to hear well from God.

Romans 8:16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

Romans 8:17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

Romans 8:18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

Romans 8:19 For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.

The World is Waiting for you.

God is waiting for you.

The Church is waiting for you.

Dear Christian Child, stand up and express the Dominion Mandate given to you.
Jesus will call you home soon, maybe in 95 years time, however that is soon.
Wake up and show the World the Jesus Mandate that was shown to you

Please pray and ask God to help you manifest the Dominion Mandate.

It is quite pitiful this expression will not be made when we get to Heaven

Here on Earth is where the Lord Said you'll have dominion.

Imagine you have been ordained from the beginning to be a healer of all kinds of infirmities, only to get to Heaven to discover you did way less than the expected protection

Beloved, I charge you that whatever you need to for this expression is in your hand...

It is in your hand!

Exodus 4:1 And Moses answered and said, But, behold, they will not believe me, nor hearken unto my voice: for they will say, The LORD hath not appeared unto thee.

Exodus 4:2 And the LORD said unto him, What is that in thine hand? And he said, A rod.

Exodus 4:3 And he said, Cast it on the ground. And he cast it on the ground, and it became a serpent; and Moses fled from before it.

If you're in the category of men in Exodus 4:1, if you follow strictly you'll see that 4:3 is a reality.

The God who called you will not allow you stay empty of prepared. Before He calls there's a preparation made already.

We will pray, however I want you to understand that there is a place in God where you can express Him (Dominion Mandate) without struggle.

Just follow Him and he'll show and tell you what to do.

He will not let me stay empty or unprepared 

He makes preparation before He sends me

So tonight, we will cry out for the Mercy of Jesus.

In this Dominion Mandate given to Me, by your Mercy I will not make an error with it
Pray for the Mercy of God
Many have made merchandise of this Mandate. Some only consider their belly rather than the attention needed for the mandate!

OH GOD OF HEAVEN, Make me a candidate of your mercy!

I will not make merchandise of your Dominion mandate Jesus

There is a plan for every man to carry out the dominion mandate of God so that as this mandate gives glory to God it makes a man a light to his world

The End time is not a time to Joke, It is a time for Dominion Carriers to Emergence.
The Mandate was not designed for you to sleep, it was designed for you to do the works of him that has sent you

Ecclesiastes 12:1 Don't let the excitement of youth cause you to forget your Creator. Honor him in your youth before you grow old and no longer enjoy living.

Ecclesiastes 12:13 After all this, there is only one thing to say: Have reverence for God, and obey his commands, because this is all that we were created for.

Ecclesiastes 12:14 God is going to judge everything we do, whether good or bad, even things done in secret.
